We recently decided that we should take advantage of the current housing market and found out that we could possibly afford a house. So this past Thursday we started the hunt and it was an adventure. Houses in our price range are either torn apart or in the ghetto. Call us crazy but we actually fell in love with a house that needs some love (to say the least). So we'll see what happens with this new adventure.

Yeah I hope you get a house. Send me an e-mail where exaclty the house is. From what my Mom said it sounded like it was in a good area. Trust me some parts of Perris are the ghetto for sure. Since I know you will be having kids soon (wink wink) you don't want them somwhere you don't feel safe right?
How exciting!!! I still remember the moment the real estate agent handed us the key & walked away. I cried & cried - so happy.
